Estate sales typically involve the liquidation of the contents of a full or partial home. Contents include what you would expec t like furnishings, appliances, clothing, art, housewares, linens, tools, sporting goods, jewelry, and often vehicles, boats, and farm equipment. 

We take care of everything from start to finish. We inventory, research market values, organize, display, and create a price tag every item in the Dallas estate sale. 

We style the merchandise to simulate a retail store, to entice buyers to buy.  Clothing, shoes, and accessories are organized and as are household items and tools.  Each room is organized for the benefit of both the buyer and our company.  Good organization also aids in monitoring for security reasons.

Staff is placed in each room, sometimes two staff members depending on the situation.  Either way, your possession’s will be closely monitored.  

Buyers enter in one particular door, and may only exit via another specific door. The number of buyers entering the home is monitored each day to insure there is never an excessive amount of people in the house at any time. 

Backpacks, large tote bags, and food or drinks are not permitted in an effort to protect the clients property as well.
